Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy is simple: we will never sell your information. We will utilize your information internally to notify you of information relating to your service appointments. Afterwards, we will survey you about your experience to ensure we are doing our job, but those responses are not saved. We may periodically contact you, either by physical mail or email, to provide use and care tips for your appliances, recipes, updates on brands or areas we service, or deals on maintenance. Yes, it’s marketing, but our goal is to be useful to you and to help you get more out of your kitchen.
There are only two instances where we would release information about you or your service appointment:
- The information is going to another involved party, i.e. manufacturers when your product is under warranty, warranty companies.
- You specifically authorize us to provide the information to someone else.
As for non-personally identifiable information, we use Google Analytics to track general website activity. And when you visit the website, cookies (from third-party pixels like AdRoll) are added to your browser, unless you have opted out of storing cookies on your browser (if you would like to do so, consult the instructions for your browser).
