Dear Valued Customer,
As part of our St. Louis Appliance Repair family, it is important that I reach out to you regarding COVID-19, and to inform you of the steps we are taking as a business to keep our staff and our customers healthy and safe.
As a designated Essential Business we are authorized to continue operations for “maintaining the safety, sanitation, food preservation, and essential operation of residences.” St. Louis Appliance Repair embraced the early warnings and changed our business procedures so we could stay healthy and provide a safe experience to those needing home appliance service.
Our technicians’ work takes place in your home, and our mission has always been to serve each customer with the utmost care and respect. During this time when health and safety are of utmost priority, we are making frontline efforts to lessen the spread of the coronavirus by instructing our technicians to take additional safeguards against exposure and spread.
Upon arriving at your home our technicians will wash their hands, and we have mandated the use of protective gloves while working. Upon completion of the job, our technicians will wipe down all surfaces they have contacted. Often our technicians work in confined spaces, and I ask that additional physical space be provided to practice social distancing. This is a safety precaution for you, our valued customer, and our technicians.
Should health conditions in your home change prior to our arrival, we ask you to reschedule the appointment. We will be happy to provide service at a later date, once you can confirm the health of those in your home. We will respectfully do the same.
Lastly, I will continue to monitor changes and suggestions offered by health authorities. Our practices and safeguards may adjust as additional guidance is provided. Should you have any questions or concerns at any time regarding our work or handling of the COVID-19, please contact me directly.
We appreciate you, your business, and the trust you have placed in St. Louis Appliance Repair.
Respectfully,
Dave Augsburger | President
